what carriers do we use?
We offer shipping services through UPS, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and USPS.
Can i drop off packages that already have a shipping label?
Yes! Just stop by and bring your packages into our drop off area. You can drop and go or request a receipt. All dropped off packages will be scanned into the carrier's system by end of day.
how do you pick which carrier to use for my package(s)?
The carrier and service will depend on your specifications.

Can i drop off amazon returns?
We can accept Amazon returns that already have a UPS label. Unfortunately, at this time, we can't accept Amazon returns that use a QR code. We hope to soon!
What packaging do you have?
We have various UPS & FedEx packaging which is free for you to use, depending on the shipping service/speed you choose. We also offer various sizes of corrugated boxes, padded envelopes, tape, and tape guns which can be purchased. Upon custom request, we can also order standard box sizes by the bundle.
